B.C. premier John Horgan launches Nanaimo byelection campaign

B.C. premier John Horgan was in Nanaimo Saturday to officially kick off the byelection campaign in which former MP Sheila Malcolmson will take on two well-known local opponents in one of the most important midterm races in the province’s history. Kristen Robinson reports.
