B.C. Liberals face historic defeat today in legislature

VICTORIA — B.C.’s Liberal government is set to fall to defeat in the legislature Thursday, in what will be a dramatic and historic day in provincial politics.
An alliance of NDP and Green MLAs has said it will use its 44 votes in the house to pass a non-confidence amendment to Premier Christy Clark’s throne speech, around 5:30 p.m.
