B.C. Indigenous groups paddle for reconciliation

Rhiannon Bennett loves the moment when sunlight flashes across the canoe paddle, when the paddles pull together and the canoes skim across the water.
Bennett has been paddling along traditional Indigenous waterways of the Sunshine Coast, portaging and camping, since July 5, along with nearly 300 other Indigenous canoers, community members, RCMP officers, youth paddlers and members of the public service, as part of the annual Pulling Together Canoe journey.
