B.C. government to help fund high-speed rail study to Seattle

The B.C. govenment is investing $300,000 to help fund a study looking at high speed rail service between Vancouver and Seattle. B.C. Premier John Horgan and Washington State Governor Jay Inslee made the announcemet Friday.
