B.C. Ferries weekend turmoil: When ‘full’ means ¼ empty

It’s still happening. On the beginning of B.C.’s Victoria Day weekend, on one of the busiest times of the year for ferry traffic, the Salish Sea sailing vessel ran one-quarter empty.
