Canada coach Mark Anscombe is dialling back to 2011 as he aims for 2019.
Saying his midfield needed more punch, he’s picked DTH van der Merwe at outside centre for Saturday’s first leg of the North American Rugby World Cup qualifying series at Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton (12 p.m. PT, TSN).
