Arlen Redekop’s favourite photos from 2018

Postmedia photographer Arlen Redekop offers up some of his photos that he’s most proud of from the past year.
Herb Calderwood, who temporarily suffered from lead poisoning, had very little strength and dexterity in his hands when he was photographed in Richmond on March 15, 2018. Calderwood’s hands and arms are partially paralyzed from lead poisoning. Environment Canada and Vancouver Coast Health are trying to figure out how and why. 70mm lens, F/5, 1/200th of a second at ISO 1000.
