A profile of new BC Liberal Party leader

A week ago tonight, Andrew Wilkinson became the new leader of the BC Liberal party. The MLA came from behind to beat out front-runner Dianne Watts. The question is just who is Andrew Wilkinson? Richard Zussman reports.
