84-bed tower at Penticton Regional Hospital opens to public

The 84-bed Davie E Kampe Tower in Penticton, B.C. officially opened its doors to the public on Monday. As Shelby Thom reports, hospital staff, patients and visitors all say the expansion was long overdue.
