Youth charged with terrorism-related offences after allegedly posting ISIS videos in GTA: RCMP

A youth in the Greater Toronto Area has been charged with terrorism-related offences after allegedly editing and posting ISIS propaganda videos, say the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
