What's the hold up in getting more EVs in Toronto?

The city of Toronto has an ambitious goal: by 2030, it wants 30 per cent of all vehicles on the road to be electric. But currently, that number is only between 3 and 4 per cent. The cost of electric vehicles, as well as concerns about repairs and charging stations, are deterring some drivers, a national survey found.
