‘Underbelly’ kitchen culture is changing, says now-sober Toronto chef

Joel Brown used to work and party non-stop, even after surviving cancer. But three years ago, enduring a hangover on a streetcar, he made the decision to go cold turkey. He says now most of the people in his kitchen are sober.
