TPS board refers to province before deciding on scope of missing persons review

The Toronto Police Services board says that it has reached out to the province to gauge whether or not it is “actively considering a public inquiry or any other type of review” into the case of convicted serial killer Bruce McArthur, before deciding whether to expand the scope of its review.
