Toronto's 2 school boards project multi-million deficits for next year

Both the Toronto and Catholic District School Boards have released their budgets for the upcoming school year. As CBC's Mercedes Gaztambide explains, both are revealing budget deficits into the millions, despite major cuts to staffing and other expenses.
