Toronto under snowfall warning with 10-20 cm expected, ice pellets and freezing rain

Environment Canada has upgraded its weather advisory for Toronto to a snowfall warning as up to 20 cm of snow is forecast for the city on Sunday. Poor visibility and slippery road conditions are expected.
