Toronto police services board asks province if it's launching inquiry into Bruce McArthur case

The Toronto Police Services Board has written to the Ontario attorney general asking whether the province is considering a public inquiry into the Bruce McArthur serial murder case. The request comes after newly unsealed court records showed McArthur was connected to three of his victims in 2013.
