Toronto police board to consider reforms targeting anti-Black racism

The Toronto Police Services Board will meet today to consider dozens of recommendations aimed at tackling anti-Black racism within the force, including several that would allow for a more fulsome debate over a billion-dollar budget that has come under increased scrutiny.
