Toronto Meals on Wheels program reflects on pandemic challenges

Demand has been growing for one of Toronto's largest Meals on Wheels programs — but a volunteer shortage and food insecurity has made things challenging. At one point during the pandemic, it saw a 200 per cent increase in demand. But a lot of the people receiving the meals — and delivering them — are seniors. Talia Ricci has more.
