Toronto man awaiting murder trial seeks bail citing COVID-19 outbreak at jail

A Toronto man charged with first-degree murder in the "senseless" and "pointless" killing of a 24-year-old man in 2017 is seeking bail based partially on the grounds that he is highly susceptible to contracting COVID-19 in the facility he is being held in.
