Toronto council claps back against Tory's 'strong mayor' powers, asks Ford to drop minority rule plan

Toronto city councillors are asking Premier Doug Ford to kill a bill that gives Mayor John Tory expanded 'strong mayor” powers. Council passed the symbolic resolution Thursday.
