Toronto could close Barbara Hall Park nightly after concerns over violence, vandalism

A small park in downtown Toronto has divided residents with some saying it has become unsafe, citing drug use, violence and vandalism — and city staff will now be asked to look at solutions, including possibly closing the park at night.
