This 97-year-old woman is singing for her neighbours on Canada Day

Meet Dorothy Rose, a vivacious 97-year-old Toronto woman who loves to sing. In honour of Canada Day, she’s going to serenade her apartment neighbours at 200 Erskine Ave. at 3 p.m. Wednesday, accompanied by the Climax Jazz Band.
