Sidewalk Labs and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan to launch infrastructure company

Google parent company Alphabet Inc. and subsidiary Sidewalk Labs are partnering with the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan to launch a new company that invests in North American infrastructure.
