Severe thunderstorms headed for Toronto: Environment Canada

Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Toronto, with a major storm expected to bring wind gusts up to 100 km/h and heavy rain that could see 50 millimetres of rain fall within an hour.
