Raptors make 'milestone team announcement' as Kyle Lowry says he will retire with Toronto

At a news conference announcing Lowry's retirement, Toronto's general manager Bobby Webster called Lowry the "greatest Raptor of all time," saying his No. 7 would be retired next season.
