Program offers opportunity to get into Toronto's booming construction industry

Toronto’s construction industry desperately needs skilled workers as hundreds in Ontario retire every year, according to the president of the Toronto's carpenters' union. The College of Carpenters and Allied Trades is hoping to fill the gap with its pre-apprenticeship program.
