'Proactive' inspection at 240 Wellesley will leave tenants without power, water for 24 hours

In the wake of a series of electrical issues at downtown highrises, resulting in the displacement of hundreds of tenants, “proactive” inspections will be conducted at 240 Wellesley Street East on Thursday.
