Police make arrests in 'senseless' murder of 16-year-old Brampton boy

Halton police have arrested two people and have issued warrants for two others in connection with the kidnapping and murder of an innocent 16-year-old Brampton boy who they say was targeted solely because of his friendship with a man that was involved in an “ongoing dispute” with the suspects.
