Pedestrian struck twice in Scarborough hit-and-run

The 49-year-old male was hit twice and struck another vehicle after impact. Shortly after, two police officers responding to the incident were “T-boned” by a suspected impaired driver and suffered minor injuries. The driver had to be Tasered for resisting arrest.
