OPP launches intersection safety campaign planned before deadly crash in rural Ontario

The Ontario Provincial Police force is preparing for a new safety blitz as a rural community is dealing with the grief of a crash in Mapleton Township that killed five children and injured six other people. The collision isn't the reason for the campaign, but it does "highlight the importance of safe driving behaviours at intersections."
