Ontario's patient ombudsman received more than 1,000 complaints during 2nd, 3rd wave

Ontario’s patient ombudsman is calling for more visitation rights and better communication in hospitals and long-term care homes, after receiving more than 1,000 complaints related to COVID-19 during the second and third waves of the pandemic.
