Ontario hospitals told to ‘ramp down’ all elective surgeries starting Monday

Starting Monday, Ontario hospitals are being instructed to “ramp down” all elective surgeries and non-emergent/non-urgent activities in the wake of a record number of COVID-19 patients in intensive care units.
