No decision yet on whether expiring AstraZeneca can be used for second doses, Ontario says

The clock is ticking on nearly 50,000 shelved doses of AstraZeneca, set to expire as soon as the end of this month, but Ontario officials say there is no plan for their potential use as second doses just yet.
