Niagara to Toronto commuters frustrated by GO service cuts, persistent delays

Following schedule changes and some cuts made to several GO train routes this week, residents in Niagara, Ont. are speaking out about the overall unreliability of the service. Metrolinx says there are no changes to rush hour in Niagara as it completes important construction work, but commuters say constant delays this year have made the trips between Toronto and Niagara increasingly difficult.
