‘More challenging’ second wave of COVID-19 is coming, Ontario premier warns while announcing fall plan

Ontario Premier Doug Ford said a "more challenging" and "more complicated" second wave of COVID-19 is on its way as he announced the government's first part of a fall preparedness plan on Tuesday.
