Mentorship program for young Black musicians a "game changer," participant says

A Toronto-based group called Soundstock Academy offers mentorship for Black youth in music. The program connects musicians to industry professionals, teaching the creative and the business side of the industry. The founders say they created the program because they saw a gap in access to information for Black musicians.
