Mayor, councillor call for more security patrols, needle pickups around Roehampton hotel

Toronto Mayor John Tory and Coun. Josh Matlow are calling for urgent "additional, effective and immediate measures" to help ensure the safety of local residents and clients at a temporary shelter in Midtown.
