Man arrested in 2018 crossbow attack that left woman with life-threatening injuries

Police in Mississauga have arrested a woman's ex-partner for allegedly hiring a hitman to attack her. She was left with life-altering injuries after a man shot her with a crossbow on her doorstep. The shooter is still at large.
