Late GO trains cost commuter extra Presto tap off charges

When Kitchener's Janet Panabaker finally exited a GO train after it took more than three hours to reach Toronto's Union Station, she did what she always does: tap her Presto card on the automated fare scanner. Turns out, that cost her extra.
