'It's challenging': Team braves wind, snow, lineups at drive-thru COVID-19 test centre

As the province is pushing to boost COVID-19 testing numbers, outdoor drive-thru facilities are offering an unprecedented way to test dozens of people in a day without those patients ever setting foot in a hospital. They're also a uniquely challenging atmosphere for health-care workers.
