Hernandez, Tellez play long ball for victorious Blue Jays to begin doubleheader

Teoscar Hernandez and Rowdy Tellez homered in the fourth inning off Aaron Civale, and the visiting Toronto Blue Jays defeated Cleveland 4-1 in the first game of a doubleheader Sunday.
