Fast-moving system rolls through GTA bringing heavy rain, thunderstorms

Heavy rain and thunderstorms have hit much of the Greater Toronto Area. Both Toronto and parts of the GTA are under a severe thunderstorm warning as a fast-moving system rolls through.
