Durham police claimed most recommended workplace reforms are done. But report shows only 19% complete

Durham police have completed about 19 per cent of the recommendations in the Ontario Civilian Police Commission (OCPC) report, according to the province’s policing oversight body — despite comments from the chief and police board chair that most have been completed.
