Co-founder of illegal CAFE pot shops dies in Mexico

Jon Galvano, who co-founded the CAFE chain of unlicensed cannabis dispensaries that gained fame in Toronto for repeatedly flouting law enforcement attempts to shutter them, has died in Mexico, CBC has confirmed.
