Child-killer Michael Rafferty transferred to medium security

Weeks after child killer Terri-Lynne McClintic was returned to prison after being transferred to an Indigenous healing lodge, news has emerged that her co-conspirator in the murder, Michael Rafferty, was transferred to a medium security prison in March.
