Changes to Portland Street intersection driving cycling, pedestrian activity, data shows

After making big changes to how motor vehicles can use the downtown intersection of Wellington Street W. and Portland Street, the City of Toronto says early data shows motor vehicle trips are significantly down while cycling and walking are up in the area.
