Barbershops, salons may not open in two weeks if COVID-19 cases continue to climb, Toronto mayor says

If COVID-19 case number continue to surge in the city, Mayor John Tory says it is possible the province will press pause on the planned reopening of hair salons and other personal care services in two weeks.
