Windsor Street Incident Results in Five Arrests

THUNDER BAY – CRIMEBEAT – Five individuals are in custody and facing charges following an incident at a residence in the 200 block of Windsor Street on February 8, 2018.
Officers were called to the Windsor Street address at approximately 9:30 am Thursday morning regarding a possible robbery.Further investigation at the scene established that there were 2 male victims (18 and 21 years of age) with minor injuries.
