Why fewer peregrine falcon chicks are taking flight in Thunder Bay this year

A sharp dip in the number of peregrine falcon nests discovered in the Thunder Bay, Ont., area this year is likely due to the ice storm that hit the northwestern Ontario city in April, says a wildlife biologist.
