Tire recycling backlog a source of concern for Thunder Bay-based business

The owner and manager at a Thunder Bay, Ont., tire hauling business are hoping changes to Ontario's tire recycling system come soon. They say changes to provincial legislation last year have led to thousands of tires piling up in their stockyard as they await pickup for recycling.
